the shared kitchen was a definite plus. i liked i could make a quick drink or use the microwave. the communication from the host was spot on (very quick replies!). everything was kept clean, i appreciate that.
the surrounding area felt a little rough. i felt slightly uneasy walking around at night.

The room was clean and modern inside. The bathroom and kitchen also had great standards of cleanliness (I especially appreciated this!). I found the accommodation to be good quality and worth the money. It reminded me of a private, newly renovated flat.

The communication from the staff was great I appreciate their accommodation on short notice. The bed was comfortable the room had good space. The location is good I could walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. Key pick up was very easy during the daytime.
I noticed it did not mention that other people can book the spare rooms I was not aware of the shared bathroom and shared kitchen with strangers. It would be more beneficial if each room had a bathroom. Guests may need to wait for bathroom access sometimes.

The location offered free parking very close by this detail was appreciated. Although the streets are mostly residents only, I parked a couple of streets away. I felt safe walking around the area during the day.

The staff gave a detailed video on how to get into the hotel. It went smoothly I appreciate their attention to detail. They were cute I received quick responses to my questions.
